ORDINANCE 652
CITY OF LAKE CITY,
MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE JEWEL THIRD ADDITION PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW THE COMBINATION OF TWO LOTS INTO ONE LOT
THE CITY OF LAKE CITY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The final site plan for the Jewel Third Addition Planned Unit Development (“PUD”) is hereby amended to allow for the following parcels to be combined into one tax parcel:
Lot 25 in Block 5 of Jewel Third Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder for the County of Wabasha and State of Minnesota.
Lot 26 in Block 5 of Jewel Third Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder for the County of Wabasha and State of Minnesota.
Section 2. The Jewel Third Addition PUD is also amended to reduce its overall density from 83 units to 82 single family home units.
Section 3. Except as otherwise provided for in this Ordinance, all other provisions in the Jewel Third Addition Planned Unit Development Ordinance remain in effect for Lots 25 and 26, Block 5, Jewel Third Addition.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and publication in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Lake City Charter.
Introduced by the Lake City Common Council on the 15th day of June 2026.
Adopted by the Lake City Common Council on the 13th day of July 2026.
