City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Dec. 4 Meeting

NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Scott & Carma Willers, for a planned unit development amendment for Oakhurst at the Jewel Lot 4 & 5 Block 1 to be combined into one lot for the purpose of building an accessory building.
People desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
