City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Glander Feb. 11 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on February 11, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Gary Roth on behalf of Michael Glander, for a Conditional Use Permit for property located at 196 Hillwood Dr., Lake City, Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: Sect-06 Twp-111 Range-012 PONDEROSA ESTATES Lot-002 Block-001 1.32 ACRES.
The applicant has submitted a request for a conditional use permit for a pole style detached accessory building over 1,000 square feet in size.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
