City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Michael Onstad Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Michael Onstad, for a preliminary and final plat for Northern Star Addition for 5 buildable lots for property located South of 2045 South Oak Street, North of the Lake City Sportsman’s Club, Lake City Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 10, Township 111 North, Range 12 West, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
