City of Lake City - Planning Commission - Michael Onstad PUD amendment

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, Minnesota. The Commission will consider a request submitted by Michael Onstad, for an amendment to the approved concept plan for a Planned Unit Development as well as consideration for the Final Planned Unit Development for property located South of 2045 South Oak Street, North of the Lake City Sportsman’s Club, Lake City, Minnesota 55041, and legally described as: That part of Government Lot 1, Section 10, Township 111 North, Range 12 West, Wabasha County, Minnesota.
The applicant’s amendment is showing the property being split into five parcels instead of the previous concept of 11 single family attached dwellings.
Persons desiring to address the Commission are encouraged to do so during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
