EXEMPT ESTATE

    It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given, that on June 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM, a hearing will be held via ZOOM in the above named Court at the Wabasha County Courthouse, 848 17th Street East, Wabasha, MN 55981, on the Petition of Karl F. Goetz to formally determine the Decedent to have died intestate and to summarily assign or distribute the homestead and personal property of said decedent to decedent’s surviving child, namely Karl F. Goetz, as exempt assets, free from all claims. Any objections thereto must be filed with the Court prior to the hearing thereof. If proper, and no objections are filed, said assignment shall be made summarily upon and after said hearing. Please see notice of remote hearing with instructions.
