NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Florence Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Florence Township Hall, 33915 US-61, Frontenac, MN 55026, on Monday, August 10, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following public hearing(s):
    An application request relating to variance to place an accessory building within the front yard of a Residential parcel.  Approvals required include the Planning Commission recommendation and Board of Supervisors approval.  
Applicant/Property Owners:  Chuck and Judy Shatek, Property address: 28556 Coyote Ct., Red Wing, MN  55066, Parcel number(s): 32.270.0130
    An application has been submitted for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a fully operational marina that includes boat docking, launching, fueling, repair, and storage. In addition, introduce a campground, office, recreational area, bar, off-sale, and a tiki bar on property zoned CR Commercial Recreational.
AND
    An application request relating to variance to host camper models with the dimensions of 14’x56’ 784 sq. ft., exceeding the 400 sqft zoning limitation.  
Applicant/Property Owners:  Jesse Hansen/Alex LaRocque, Property address: 35699 Hwy 61 Blvd, Lake City, MN  55041, Sec/Twp/Range: 13-112-13, Parcel number(s): 32.013.2100 for both applications.
