NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Florence Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Florence Township Hall, 33915 US-61, Frontenac, MN 55026, on Monday, October 12, at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following public hearing(s):
    Variance request to allow a 24-foot by 20-foot detached residential accessory garage within the Martin Street front yard of an R-1 Residential, non-shoreland parcel with frontage on three public streets. The garage would be served by the existing driveway and the driveway would not be expanded.

    Request for a variance to reduce the A-1 Agricultural Protection District side-yard setback from 30 feet to 8 feet to allow a 25-foot by 64-foot lean-to addition to an existing 40-foot by 64-foot detached agricultural storage building on an 8.35-acre, non-shoreland parcel.
