SUMMARY OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
The School Board of ISD #813 met in regular session on June 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Media Center. Complete minutes are on file in the Superintendent’s Office, 300 S. Garden St., Lake City, MN 55041 or at www.lake-city.k12.mn.us. 6 board members and 11 community members were present.

3. State Participants were recognized in Boys and Girls Golf, and Boys and Girls Track & Field.
4. Principal Berge gave the High School report.
5. Principal Aeschlimann gave the Bluff View report in written form.
6. Dir. Kvasnicka gave the Comm Ed report in written form.
7. Supt. Wright gave her report.
8. July 21, 2025 - next regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
9. Approved consent agenda (mcu).
10. Approved Policies: 413, 425, 512, and 704 (mcu).
11. Approved the North Risk Partners Commercial Insurance Proposal for FY 7/1/25-6/30/26 with option 2 cyber security (mcu).
12. Approved the 2025 Recertification of Census Resolution (mcu).
13. First Reading of policies 606.5 and 1526.
14. Approved the 2025-2026 Fee Schedule (mcu).
15. Approved the Foster Care Transportation Agreement with Wabasha County for the 25-26 School Year (mcu).
16. Approved the Membership to Minnesota Rural Education Association for July 2025 to June 2026 (mcu).
17. Approved the Amended Read Act Memorandum of Understanding (mcu).
18. Approved the Clifton Larson Allen for the District’s 2024-2025 Audit Statement of Work - Audit Services (mcu).
19. Approved the Minnesota School Board Association Dues and Policy Services for FY 7/1/25-6/30/26 (mcu).
20. Approved MDE’s FY 2027 Long Term Facility Maintenance Revenue - Expenditure for Lake City Public School District as Presented and Amended by MDE (mcu).
21. Approved the GCED FY 2027 Ten-year Long Term Facility Maintenance for Goodhue County Education District (mcu).
22. Approved the 2025-2026 Proposed Budget (mcu).
23. Approved the School Based Mental Health Services Contract for 2025-2026 (mcu).
24. Approved the resolution for donations (mcu).
25. Approved the Individual Work Agreement for Lincoln High School Media Center Assistant (mcu).
26. Approved the 2025-2026 Resolution for Membership in the Minnesota State High School League (mcu).
27. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:38 p.m. (mcu).
