SUMMARY OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

1. Adopt agenda. Motion carried unanimously (mcu).
2. Approved consent agenda (mcu).
3. Dec. 18, 2023 next regular Board meeting at 7:00 p.m.
4. Principal Berge gave the High School report.
 Principal Aeschilmann gave the Bluff View report.
5. Dir. Kvasnicka gave the Comm Ed report.
6. Approved policies: 513 & 613 (mcu).
7. Approved the 2023-24 Teachers Seniority List (mcu).
8. First reading of policy 722.
9. Approved the MSHSL Form A Resolution (mcu).
10. First reading of 23-24 Paraprofessional seniority list.
11. Approved art room project (mcu).
12. Approved the World’s Best Workforce Summary and Goals (mcu).
13. Approved the donations list (mcu).
14. Approved the resignations, new hires, and retirements (mcu).
15. CLA gave the Audit presentation.
16. Approved the 22-23 Financial Audit (mcu).
17. Superintendent Wright shared her report.
18. Board reports were shared.
19. A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 p.m. (mcu).
