RETREAT MEETING
August 28, 2023  
5:00 p.m.
2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM - CITY HALL
Members Present: Amy Alkire, Cindy McGrath, Russell Boe, Faye Brown, Brian Quinn, Megan Kramer
Members Absent: Mayor Mark Nichols
Staff Present: City Administrator Robert Keehn, City Clerk Kari Schreck
Council President pro tem Megan Kramer called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with a quorum present.
Review adopt / amend agenda
Motion Brown, second Alkire to adopt the agenda as presented.  All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
Keehn led the discussion with Council on staffing challenges and opportunities and discussed the council work plan as it relates to Hok-Si-La Park.
Motion Brown, second McGrath to adjourn at 6:08 p.m. All ayes 6-0-0. Motion carried.
