Lake City Federal Bank - Notice of Special Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Members of Lake City Federal Bank (the “Savings Bank”) will be held at the Savings Bank’s office, located at 201 East Marion Street, Lake City, Minnesota, on August 21, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., local time, for the purpose of considering and voting on a proposal to amend and restate the Savings Bank’s charter to conform to the model federal mutual charter prescribed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
