Lake City Federal Bank - Special Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Members of Lake City Federal Bank (the “Bank”) will be held at the Bank’s office, located at 201 East Marion Street, Lake City, Minnesota, on March 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., local time, for the purpose of considering and voting on a proposal to approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among the Bank, Forward Bank, Forward Financial, Inc. and Forward Mutual Holding Company, dated November 28, 2023, which provides for the merger of the Bank with and into Forward Bank, a Wisconsin-chartered stock savings bank, with Forward Bank being the resulting bank.
