    Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree entered in the above entitled action on February 6, 2026, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action, as prescribed in the Judgment, the undersigned Sheriff of Wabasha County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on April 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Lobby of the Sheriff’s Main Office, 848 17th St E, Wabasha, MN, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, to-wit:
    All that tract(s) of parcel(s) of land lying and being in the County of Wabasha and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
    
Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 3 in Campbell’s Addition to the City of Wabasha, at the point of intersection of the S boundary line of Second St. with the E boundary line of Rice St., thence in a Sly direction along the W boundary line of said Lot 3 and the E boundary of said Rice St., 143 feet; thence at right angles in an Ely direction 60 feet; thence at right angles, in a Nly direction, 143 feet to the S boundary line of Second Street; thence along the S boundary line of Second St., 60 feet to the place of beginning, being part of Lot 3 in Campbell’s Addition and part of Lot 6, in Block 3 in Milligan’s Addition to the City of Wabasha. Wabasha County, Minnesota.
