NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF THE WABASHA COUNTY ORDINANCE TO REGULATE CANNABIS BUSINESSES
    Notice is hereby given that a public hearing was held by the Wabasha County Planning Commission in the County Board Room, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota on October 28, 2024 on the proposed Wabasha County Ordinance To Regulate Cannabis Businesses  and on November 5, 2024 the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted by a majority vote to adopt such ordinance. This Ordinance is intended to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of Wabasha County residents by regulating cannabis businesses within the legal boundaries of Wabasha County.  It should be noted that this publication is only a summary and that the full text of the ordinance is available for public inspection on the County website at www.co.wabasha.mn.us or can be viewed in the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer.  This Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this notice.
