NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Lake City, will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 14th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 205 West Center Street, Lake City, MN, to consider an annexation petition filed by Edward and Judy Burfeind to annex That part of Lot 25, Block A Auditor’s Subdivision of Central Point, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Goodhue County, Minnesota. The property is located on Goodhue County State Aid Highway 5 east of the railroad tracks, and across from 10th St. N.
Persons desiring to submit testimony on this matter may address the Commission during the public hearing. Additional information concerning this request is available at City Hall.
