RGCC - Transition Notice

Redeeming Grace Community Church (hereinafter “RGCC”) (EIN: 41-0791348) has transitioned to a new church entity as result of its disaffiliation from the United Methodist Church. On December 10, 2024, Redeeming Grace Community Church of Minnesota, the new church entity, assumed all assets of RGCC. The same day, the Board of Trustees met and voted to dissolve RGCC. The motion passed unanimously 4-0, with 2 Directors absent. Also on December 10, 2024, the Board of Trustees adopted a written resolution affirming the decision to dissolve RCCC.  On February 13, 2026, RGCC filed a Notice of Intent to Dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 317A.723.  As a part of the asset transfer and dissolution process, we are providing written notice pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 317A.727 to all known and potential creditors of RGCC that RGCC is in the process of dissolution.  Any written claims against RGCC must be presented by June 5, 2026 and mailed to:
