    These published proceedings are incomplete in that they simply summarize the actions of the Wabasha County Board.  Complete copy of the proceedings is on file in the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer and may be examined by the public.  Those present were Commissioners Key, Powers, Springer, Walkes, and Wobbe. Absent: None.  Summary of the actions by the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners is as follows:
    Approved the agenda.
    Staff updates.
    Administrator updates.
    Approved consent agenda.
    Approved Contract with Interstate Power Systems.
    Approved City of Elgin Requested Diagonal Parking on County Hwy 50.
    Approved the Purchase of Equipment and Installation for a Video Conferencing System in the Probation Office.
    Approved State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements with the County of Wabasha on behalf of it’s County Attorney and Sheriff.
    Denied Conditional Use Permit for Derrek Olson LLC.
    Approved Disaster Declaration.
    Approved Jamie Ratz CUP Request.
    Approved West Newton Inc CUP Request.
    Approved Reappointment of County Highway Engineer.
    Commissioner Reports.
    Board concerns.
    Recess to Closed Session-Labor Negotiation Strategy.
    Motion to Reopen the meeting.
    Adjourn.
