Wabasha County Planning Commission 12-27-22 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE WABASHA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th, 2022, for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) A public hearing for the Re-Zoning application submitted by Frank and Cindy Schuchard requesting to rezone parcel R07.00109.00 from A-1 to R-1 for the purpose of creating a subdivision. The subject property is described as parcel R07.00109.00 located in Section 14, Township 109 North, Range 13, Town of Hyde Park on approximately 59.68 acres.
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
