Wabasha County Planning Commission - Feb. 24, 2025 Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on February 24th, 2025 for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing for the zoning district reclassification of Wabasha County parcel R16.00122.00. The subject property is described as parcel R16.00122.00 located in Section 20, Township 110 North, Range 12 West, West Albany Township on approximately 80.0 acres.
2) Public hearing on the condition use application submitted by David Braun requesting to operate a welding and repair shop for farm equipment. The subject property is identified as Wabasha County parcel R02.00011.12 and is located in Section 2, Township 108 North, Range 12 West of Elgin Township (28330 County Road 79, Plainview).
3) Public hearing on the application submitted by Ralph Addonizio of Novel Energy Solutions for a 1 Megawatt Commercial Solar Energy System within the Agricultural Protection District (A-1). The subject property is described as Wabasha County parcel R11.00163.00 and is located in Sections 21, Township 111 North, Range 13 West of Mt. Pleasant Township (70247 350th Avenue, Lake City).
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
