Wabasha County Planning Commission - July 28, 2025 Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on July 28th, 2025 for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing on the application submitted by J Vincent and Rebecca Winkowski requesting a conditional use permit (CUP) to operate a campground. The subject property is Wabasha County Parcel R07.00222.12 and is located in Section 24, Township 109 North, and Range 13 West, in Hyde Park Township (32946 South County Road 11).
2) Public Hearing on the application submitted by Camp Victory Ministries requesting a conditional use permit to transfer the dwelling density from Wabasha County Parcel R09.00255.00 to Wabasha County Parcel R09.00265.00. The subject properties are located in Section  22, Township 109 North, Range 14 West, in Mazeppa Township (58341 County Road 21, Zumbro Falls).
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department. Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
