Wabasha County Planning - March 25 Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
The Wabasha County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th, 2024 for the purpose of hearing any testimony regarding the following requests:
1) Public hearing on the Preliminary Plat application of Wolf Acres submitted by Bradley Schultz for a land division involving the creation of more than three new and residual parcels. The subject properties are described as parcels R04.00357.00, R04.00358.00, R04.00360.00, R04.00360.03, and R04.00364.00 located in Section 34, Township 110 North, Range 11 West of Glasgow Township on 40, 174.40, 140, 100, and 40 acres, respectively.
The public hearing will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota.  Any interested person may provide testimony whether in person or by way of written comment submitted to the Wabasha Zoning Department.  Written comments will be read into the record during the respective public hearing.
