NOTICE OF ADOPTION
OF THE WABASHA COUNTY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE RELATING TO
All 13 Articles of the
Subdivision Ordinance
    Notice is hereby given that a public hearing was held by the Wabasha County Planning Commission in the County Board Room, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota on June 22, 2026 on proposed revisions to general provisions; rules and definitions; types of subdivisions and their criteria and procedures; design standards, and required improvements of the Wabasha County Subdivision Ordinance and on July 7, 2026 the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted by a majority vote to adopt such revisions. It should be noted that this publication is only a summary and that the full text of revisions is available for public inspection on the County website at www.co.wabasha.mn.us or can be viewed in the Office of the Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer. The revisions to the Wabasha County Subdivision Ordinance shall become effective upon publication of this notice.
