Game against La Crescent ends in another win for Tiger girls
The Lake City Tigers girls’ basketball team hosted La Crescent Dec. 5 in a busy week of action. They finished the night outscoring the Lancers 74-41.
Grace Bany won the tip off. Bany received a pass and her shot rolled off the basket. Mya Shones grabbed the rebound for a put back and got fouled, going to the line for two.
The Lancers answered with a 3-point shot. Lilly Meincke got the ball and put up a 3-point shot that was all net, giving Lake City a 4-3 lead.
