Long-time ref speaks to Lake City Kiwanians

Jeff “Willsey” Wills was the guest speaker at the Lake City Kiwanis Club on April 24. A Wabasha native, Wills has been a boys and girls basketball official in the area for 30 years. He recently retired from officiating. The Lake City Kiwanis Club meets Wednesdays at noon at Port 104.
