4-H club decorates Zumbro Falls sign for fall, elects new officers

Wabasha County Gilford Golden Gopher 4-club gathered to decorate the fall sign in Zumbro Falls. They also elected new officers. 4-H is a youth development program designed to promote hands-on learning and community involvement.
