About 24 people help with Sand Point cleanup
The Frontenac State Park Association is happy with outcome of its cleanup event on the Sand Point trail on Saturday, April 20.
“We had a great get together on April 20 and feel really good about our results,” association member Jeneann Oppedahl said. “Pam Miller, who regularly patrols that park for garbage, was the winner of the Best Trash award with old shoes she found! The white wall tire was something new to the younger people helping out. Luckily, we old folks could explain.
