Added vitality is Spark topic
The next Spark meeting will be held Monday, Nov. 2 at Port 104 in Lake City. The meeting is held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Spark is sponsored by the Lake City Chamber of Commerce and is open to women in all communities. Chamber membership is not required and meetings are free.
Speaker Dr. Kaitlin McCarthy will be teaching “Eight Practical and Ingenuous Things” you need to add into your day to increase vitality. When heading into the holiday season it is hard to remember to take care of yourself. Adding (or sometimes subtracting) these little things can make a big impact.
