Bowling hall of fame to induct nine on May 18

The Lake City Bowling Association will induct nine people into the Lake City Bowling Hall of Fame at an enshrinement dinner on Saturday, May 18, at the Lake City VFW.
The event begins with a happy hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m., and the induction at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the banquet are $20 and can be purchased at the VFW, Port 104 or by contacting John O’Flaherty at 651-448-0824.
