Chamber welcomes Indigo Acai Bowls
On Thursday, Oct. 19, Lake City Chamber of Commerce staff and ambassadors met to welcome a new chamber member.
Willie and Nancy Rauen, who moved to Lake City in March of 2023 from Zumbrota, have started a food truck called Indigo Acai Bowls.
The endeavor has been two years in the making. What started out a plan for a brick and mortar business transitioned to a food truck, and in the late summer of 2022 Willie purchased a truck from Quebec Energy, flew to Canada to retrieve it and drove it home.
