Christmas tree pickup is Jan. 7

Members of the Lake City Lions and Lake City Sportsman’s clubs will conduct their annual Christmas tree pick up in Lake City on Saturday, Jan. 7, beginning at 1 p.m.
Residents wishing to dispose of their trees should put them out at the corner of their city block no sooner than Friday, Jan. 6 and are asked to remove all decorations and plastic tree disposal bags. The clubs perform the tree pick up and disposal as a free community service.
