Congregants invited to church safety seminar on April 26

The Lake City Clergy Association has invited Wabasha County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Timm to present his short course entitled “Church Safety and Security Training” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, at St. Mary of the Lake on Lyon Avenue in Lake City.
Deputy Timm helps local churches plan, prepare, and train for the best possible outcomes in hostile situations, including active shooter scenarios.
