A double concert weekend at Oak Center General Store
The Oak Center General Store has two concerts this weekend.
Idle Rose will perform Saturday, Nov. 8, at 7:30 p.m.
“Laura Idle and Rose Spieler-Sandberg form the folk duo Idle Rose. The pair is based in Ashland and sing an honest, relaxed and sweet style of Americana that ripples and shines like the Chequamegon Bay on a calm, warm summer afternoon. Soft harmonies and simple acoustic guitar drive their original songs, which are playful, uplifting and heartfelt,” according to a news release.
