Fireman’s dance a big draw
Hundreds came out to dance, bounce, toss bags, drink, eat, buy raffle tickets, get balloon crowns made, and socialize at the Lake City Fireman’s Dance at the fire hall on July 1.
The annual event is a fundraiser for the Lake City Firefighter Relief Association, which pays for equipment, training, and other needs for the city’s volunteer fire department.
Bands played throughout the day. There were kids activities, a beanbag tournament, and the Rebel Fire Que’ N Company food truck was on hand selling barbecue.
