First Fall Fest was a success
Lake City’s inaugural Fall Fest culminated Saturday, Oct. 30, with the Haunted Hok-Si-La event at Hok-Si-La Park featuring numerous Halloween-themed activities for young people and their adults.
Jen Cobb, who chaired the event, said they estimated attendance at about 1,000 people.
“It was amazing,” she said.
“The Haunted Hok-Si-La Committee was a very dedicated and hard-working group. We had a lot of fun putting the event together. We had a great outpouring of volunteers... We could not have done it without them,” she said.
