Goodhue County identifies three health improvement priorities

Goodhue County is proud to release the 2026-2028 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a community-driven plan designed to improve the health and wellbeing of Goodhue County residents.

This plan is the result of months of community engagement, data collection, and meetings with community partners, and is based on the findings in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

The CHIP outlines a shared vision and collective strategies to address three priority health areas identified by the community:
