Heidi can hardly wait
After 17 years as bakery manager at Fiesta Foods and six at The Coffee Depot, Heidi Walker said she’s ready to do her own thing.
“It’s always been a dream,” she said.
It was on her second day at the Coffee Depot she met someone that would become a crucial part of realizing that dream, a customer named Mark.
They became friends and realized the dream of owning a cafe was one they shared.
“We just decided one day ‘We’re going to do it. Let’s pull the trigger,” she said.
