Homeseller goes Rustic with new location, venture

Real estate agent and broker Diane Schurhammer found more than a new location for Schurhammer Real Estate at 212 S. Washington Street in Lake City.
If that address isn’t familiar, the name Rustic might be. For 15 years it has operated as a coop led by Margo Yotter selling food and, famously, sweets.
For Schurhammer, the space is an opportunity to realize a dream she and her husband Ronnie have had for a while, to open a coffee shop.
