Humane society’s 5K9 Fun Run/Walk is Saturday, May 21
The Hiawatha Animal Humane Society’s annual 5K9 Fun Run/Walk is almost here.
This Saturday, May 21, is the 5th annual K9 Fun Run/Walk to raise money to support the humane society’s efforts to provide foster can and adoption services for pets in the area.
This year, they are returning to their original location as a starting point at the parking area of Anytime Fitness, 1205 N. 7th Street, in Lake City.
Check-in will be at 8:15 a.m. with the race starting at 9:00 a.m.
