Humane society plans second Dachshund Dash
The Hiawatha Animal Humane Society (HAHS) will hold its second annual Dachshund Dash at Heritage Park under the bridge in Wabasha on Sunday, Oct. 6, starting at 10 a.m.
Along with the Dachshund races, there will be races for dogs of other breeds to compete in as well.
“Please come join us for a morning filled with lots of fun for everyone and especially for your doggies,” the humane society said in a news release.
The entry fee is $10 on line or $15 the day of the races.
