It’s unofficially summer

Memorial Day kicks off the summer season for many, and in a lakefront community, that means a seasonal influx of boaters, tourists, and residents.
It’s also the season of some of the city’s largest community events.
First up is Tour de Pepin on June 7. This non-competitive bicycle ride around Lake Pepin caters to riders of different skill levels with a variety of distances. More information is available at tourdepepin.com.
