John Weiss to share “Back Roads” stories
Award-winning journalist and “Back Roads” author John Weiss will share some of his favorite stories about people, places and events from around the area on Thursday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake City Public Library.
Weiss covered southeast Minnesota for the Rochester Post-Bulletin for more than 10 years. John was also a one-man band in that he could report a hard news story, do a feature, file away a possible story angle for weeks or months later, and take pictures to go with all of it.
The event is free and open to the public.
