Junior Legion enters postseason with 2-7 record

Lake City Junior Legion Post 110 closed out the summer by going 1-3 over its final four games, dropping close contests to St. Charles (4-3), Cotter (4-1), and Rushford (4-2) while earning a 4-2 victory over Pine Island. Post 110 enters the District Playoffs with a 2-7 record.

Post 110 nearly erased an early four-run deficit but came up just short in a 4-3 loss to St. Charles.
