Koats for Kids campaign begins
Drop-off sites are set up around Lake City for this year’s Koats for Kids clothing drive.
New or slightly used coats can be dropped off at Alliance Bank, Fiesta Foods, Lake City Federal Bank or Lake City United Methodist Church until Oct. 10.
Donated items will go to young people in need in Lake City.
“Our desire again this year is to make certain all infants through teens in our community have warm outerwear for the months ahead,” organizers said in a news release.
