Lake City graduate joins college marching band

Lake City Band alumna Willa Field has taken her passion for music to the collegiate level as a member of the Blugold Marching Band at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.
The Blugold Marching Band is one of the largest collegiate bands in the nation, featuring more than 425 student musicians. The ensemble’s trumpet section alone includes 81 performers, making it one of the most prominent in the group.
