Lifeline screenings to be held Sept. 13

Residents living in and around the Lake City, Minnesota can learn about their risk for cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other chronic, serious conditions with screenings by Life Line Screening, according to a news release.

Lake City United Methodist Church will host this community event on Sept. 13. The site is located at 213 North Oak St. in Lake City.

Screenings can check for:

• The level of plaque buildup in your arteries, related to risk for cardiovascular disease, stroke and overall vascular health.
