A local love story with mass appeal

A Lincoln High School math teacher’s story of how she met and fell in love with her husband is included in a new book intended to help women find balance in their lives.

“Oola for Women: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World” is the follow-up to “Oola: Find Balance in an Unbalanced World.”

Both espouse a way of living created by Rochester native Troy Amdahl and Dave Braun that encourages people to improve their lives by developing the “seven Fs”: fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends and fun.
