Mangold earns PHD in Hispanic Linguistics
Marie Mangold, a 2014 alumna of Lincoln High School, has achieved her doctoral degree in Hispanic Linguistics from the University of Minnesota.
During her studies, she served as a Spanish instructor for undergraduates and presented her research at various conferences, including the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese conference held in Salamanca, Spain.
Mangold is now an Assistant Professor of Spanish at Grand Valley State University near Grand Rapids, Mich.
