March in Frontenac State Park: More light, and stirrings of spring

It’s been a disconcerting winter for those of us who love traditional Minnesota weather. And it’s made it tricky for us to write about what’s coming next at Frontenac State Park, weather-wise—heck, who even knows anymore?

Yet as March arrives, we find ourselves feeling Minnesotans’ traditional anticipation at spring’s imminent arrival. (Presumably, spring, unlike winter, will not bypass us.) And we’re excited about the great activities coming up this month and in the year to come.
