Mini-museums punctuate Lake City

Museums in Lake City? Yes there are. That’s the message the Lake City Historical Society (LCHS) is trying to spread in a recent press release.

“Residents and visitors will often inquire about the presence of museums in our community. The Lake City Historical Society’s mission is to educate folks about the rich and diverse history of the community,” the society said.

Mini museums have been developed throughout the community by businesses and are available for viewing without cost during business hours.
